I called the day before I went in and the first person I spoke to was kind and friendly I explained what I needed and she said they had the paperwork and I could come in the next day to get it. When I came in the lady I dealt with was snarky and unprofessional. She had a personal opinion and eye rolls to go with her judgemental comments. She claimed they didn't have the paperwork I was told they did. This lady also made rude comments about another agency and seemed to think her personal opinions outweighed her job requirements. I was far from impressed and would like to think the rest of the staff have better tact and a more professional response to clients.
