Terrible experience. They came out for a preliminary walk-through as scheduled. Then, it all fell apart. I paid thousands of dollars for a site survey, draft drawings, and submission to the city for potential approval of a small building in my backyard. They came out for the survey and were rude to my wife who needed to get to work, but they were blocking the driveway. I was told the survey and drawings would be provided to me by a specific date. This date came and went with nothing. Eddie contacted me to let me know they needed additional info for the survey but would have everything to me by a specific date. Again, this date came and went with nothing. A few days later, I got the survey but no draft drawings. I was told again that the drawings would be provided by a date certain. This date came and went-nothing. I contacted Eddie again and was told we would have it by yet another date. This date came and went-nothing. All total I was given five different dates that I would have drawings by, including another promise that it would be emailed to me this past weekend. Nothing. I have no confidence that this will improve considering we're just starting the project. Time to get a portion of my money back and move on to another company.

Best of the best! just completed the construction of a two-bedroom ADU on our property a few months ago. We found every crew member to very professional, organized, efficient, and easy to work with. From creating the floor plans to dealing with the city and choosing the materials to the building the unit from the group up, the excellently handled each aspect of the process. I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed the way our new dwelling came into life. These guys have earned our highest recommendation. Thank you Danny!

I needed to renovate my garage into an ADU and had no idea who to contact. I started asking around and CCS Inc. was referred to me by a friend so I contacted them to arrange an appointment. The process began there as they provided architectural designs which were given to the city for approval. I am very content on how professional CCS Inc. was and how attentive they were towards the project. Not only were they able to provide architectural plans; but they were also in charge of the structural engineering, expediting city permits, and the construction of the building itself. They are a one stop shop as they took care of everything while I attended work with no worries. I am definitely referring CCS Inc. to my friends and family. Excellent work!

As home investors, we wanted to generate rental income from new tenants, so we decided to hire CCS Inc to build a new ADU in our backyard. Danny was helpful in explaining the process of the project and the different stages it would go through. I was not happy with the amount of it time it took to receive the building permit. They took longer than estimated which made me frustrated even though they do not have control over this. Danny’s team of experts provided outstanding floor plans and did a great job in the construction.

I hired CCS Inc to help create the plans and architectural designs for an addition to our house plus garage 1,179sq ft.  I explained to them what I wanted and they made it happen.  I also explained to them that I had already lost time and money with another "so called" architect and that I needed something done quick.  They provided me a floor plan within few days after our initial meeting and immediately made any adjustments I requested made.  Aside from small city corrections the plans were approved within 10 days.  Working with CCS Inc was great and stress free.  I highly recommend they services.

I am very happy with my new ADU, thanks to CCS Inc. This company was both professional and attentive to detail when working on my project. They made sure the construction was done to my liking as they asked me for preferences. At first, I thought this was going to be a stressful experience but it turned out to be quite the opposite. CCS Inc. took care of EVERYTHING! From doing architectural designs, to getting the city permits, and doing the construction of the building, there was no need for me to worry. I have no complaints as it was a pleasure doing business with them.

We needed a major remodel and addition to our house. After a long time of doing research and getting quotes we found CCS Inc. At the beginning we were a bit hesitant because their price wasn’t the cheapest. We didn’t know if we wanted to spend this amount of money for plans and architectural designs. After discussing with my partner, we decided to give it a go. Soon we realized we made a good choice. Everyone was so professional and attentive. We just moved in, and the entire layout and design are fantastic.
