I usually only leave positive reviews, but my experience with this mediation service was disappointing. My ex and I generally get along well, so we had hoped mediation would be a smooth, timely process. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The session dragged on for multiple hours, with us going back and forth in separate video chat rooms, which felt unnecessarily repetitive and time-consuming.

To make matters worse, when we were later asked to complete a mediation agreement and add to what was previously discussed, they initially agreed during the session but later refused to follow through. My ex-husband and I both agreed that next time, we'd be better off sitting down with a couple of coffees and hashing things out ourselves.

If you're considering using this service, save yourself the $300+ and check out other options like divorce.com or gogomediation.com—this place isn't worth it.
