This lawyer created faulty documents on a celestial being and lied about who she was so that her family could steal her money and over pay him for false documents. Very unprofessional and unprepared for a SCHEDULED closing. Chad was at the office but supposedly unavailable and had his receptionist go over the closing documents. A check or money wire transaction was to be done that day before leaving the office, but here we are 2 days later and still have not received the $20,000. Chad, answer your messages. Quit ignoring the client and his realtor! UNPROFESSIONAL!

Is this a real attorney?
I'm not sure because I have called multiple times, left messages and have even drove a long distance to the office to get to speak with literally ANYONE.

Unfortunately I need to discuss a specific case/property and Chad Lee did some of the work on it back in 2005.

If it wasn't for that, I would have found another attorney in the area.

I've already had to pay another attorney for part of this because of Chad Lee never being at his office or returning calls or messages.

Ridiculous.

Have called numerous times without any call backs. They recently closed on some property and the buyers chose to use Chad Lee’s office. We had several questions about the transfer of funds and could not get anyone to reply. I would not recommend this group for anything!!
