Was pleasure having Mr. Arun represent me as 1st time buyer in co-op studio purchase. His charges were competative and his representation was outstanding! Arun was very professional, warm/friendly right from day one, i was impressed by his extension of knowledge of Real Estate laws and (out-of-textbook) approach to tie any loopholes/loose ends.
