My girlfriend requested their services to create 1 operating agreement and 2 share certificates. She was told it will cost $1000.
Once the work was done and delivered, she received an invoice for about $2000 detailing everything that was done.
Some of the items listed in the invoice were ridiculous and expensive. Every little thing such as getting on a call, replying to an email, reviewing a document,... has been charged.
It does seem they charged her as much as they wanted to get as much as possible.
For big companies, I guess, it doesn't matter that much but for my girlfriend who is building her business on her own, with her savings and outside of her main job, it does!
