This lady is a scam and shady. If you are renting places from her forget about the deposit that you put in. She runs a business of renting out properties across the Bay Area.

She is horrible in her communication but she claims she has a law degree from Columbia. She will never reply to your email on time neither she will give you her real email address. Complete shady!!

Her communication is so poor that she didn't even understand what I tried to tell her. I never said the damage was done by other tenants, I told her the damage was done when I was not responsible for the room anymore. If I handed the keys away and then you find a water damage from a fridge which was unplugged for two nights, how can I be responsible for that? Nobody said anything about tenants.
