Sylvia Preciado is an amazing at escrow, She knows the loan docs like the back of her hand and she is always so helpful with any questions or concerns that may arise at the signing table. You definitely want Sylvia to be your escrow officer because there is so much to the escrow process, you can’t leave it to just anyone, Sylvia knows how to make it right and close on time. She’s the best.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Sylvia and Gabby with Citrus Escrow. They kept me updated about the escrow process and were willing to do anything to get my property closed. Sylvia even drove an hour to my house during a rainstorm to make sure that I was able to sign my final closing documents on time. Recently I had this company as part of a commercial real estate transaction handle the escrow. I found their customer service to be poor and for their internal communication as to what is going on with these various real estate files to be poor as well. I do not recommend this company. In fact, look at the reply and that is the example that they don't even know their customers let alone follow up about the final dispositions of deposits or send final documents, receipts regarding their services. They need to get their act together. Thanks

This is the worst escrow company I have dealt with. No communication, unprofessional, and when they made a mistake shorting me nearly $70,000 they tried passing the blame on someone else. I highly recommend looking elsewhere when looking for escrow officers.
