Cloudlex has very strong customer support and an excellent, detailed platform. You can use it "right out of the box" and add functionality as you need. For me the decision to adopt a comprehensive solution looks long term. Are there any bugs that are evident only when cases get complex for example. I have not found bugs with Cloudlex and I have used it for more years than I remember (more than 5). The bottom line is that you can trust the interface, the learning curve is low to hit the "Cloudlex is useful" point and it never gets hard to use. You can buy it with confidence.

I have used several Case Management systems before I started my own firm in 2019. When I started my firm I had demos from multiple Case Management Systems. CloudLex was by far the best. I have been with them for almost 5 years now and the customer service and platform are fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
