Mr Cohen is the man!! The best lawyer. I had a case that I was so nervous about (even though I knew I did nothing wrong), and with his knowledge and professionalism and knowing what to do, he got the case dismissed. He is very knowledgeable and has great experience, and he knows so much about how to handle a case. He definitely is more knowledgeable then any lawyer I have seen in the past. Again I say thank you for your service, and unfortunately we couldn't reached the goal that we both wanted. But responding back to the comment you made in the last post about me having a 3rd attorney; It's actually my second attorney, the first one was assigned to me and I never used him, I immediately hired you which would have made you the first attorney. Unfortunately I had to changed you because I felt you could have done more for me but you didn't. It was something wrong when you had the case for a year and didn't even interview any of the witnesses. But again this is my second attorney now. Again hoping for nothing but the best for you and your business.

I was recommended by an associate, needless to say when I first started talking to him he showed great interest on my case and sold me a dream. As the case kept on going he started to get less professional and started to ignore my phone calls and would have to make an appointment to speak to him a day or two later. Very unprofessional when a client calls you and you can’t answer the phone and gets back to you a day or two later. Then I would go a few weeks without hearing from him, then randomly get a text saying “I’m continuing to look over everything.” Which later I found out it wasn’t true. Also very inconstant, the DA had a time frame to send something over to him and the day of the dateline I called him and ofcorse no answer, then text me saying he hasn’t received anything; then a few days later tells me he never received anything then one day he randomly says he received everything and it was on time, but this was after he told he he never received anything. So I was very confused with how that played out. Then one day he try’s to convince me to take a felony charge after he told me I shouldn’t take anything because the case was weak for the DA. So again I was confused; after all this I had no choose but to look for another lawyer. Then I called him asking him for partial refund because the agreement was until the case was over or until the case got to trial. Neither of the two happened so I asked for partial refund and he told me “no money will be sent to me because he worked a lot on my case”. Later I found out in the whole year he had the case he never interviewed anyone, never subpoena anybody or potential witnesses. never did anything but just showed up to court. Also only filed 2 motions that he told me off and later found out that those two motions he filed are common motions so he didn’t do anything out the extraordinary. Just a real shame that he took my money and didn’t do anything with my case. Sad that he played with me while my life was at risk. I have nothing else to do but to give a negative review and hopefully others don’t fall for what I went through. I really wish Cohen nothing but positive in his job, but I can’t see how people really go into this business and really just take advantage of people’s situation.
