We have rented several condos here over the past 10 years, and never has the experience been so positive. The arrangements were easily made; and our experience in requesting support on a few minor issues we experienced at move in has been nothing short of outstanding. Horrible experience. A real nightmare. Our agent misrepresented the property we bought--what we thought was our yard was actually sold to a developer in a tax auction WHILE WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT ON OUR HOUSE. So. Either she's deceptive or clueless. We'll figure out which in court.
