I am very grateful to Colorado Legal Defense Group, specifically to the lawyer Mark Savoy in the representation he gave to my wife, since we had searched for at least 2 signatures and they only told me that it was a very difficult case and that they could not assure me which would be the outcome. I called with a question. The receptionist said she would have an attorney call me back. Five days later I get a generic email saying they cannot take my kind of case. First of all I never had a case; just a question to see if I DID have one. They advertise for people to call with questions which is what I did. Then they say they can't help me through an email, when I never got to speak to an actual attorney about my situation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I contacted the Colorado Legal Defense Group online in March 2023. Colman Presnell called me right away. Mine was a 14-year-old case in Colorado Springs. Devin Hyver was assigned to my case. She immediately contacted the judge and managed to change my monetary warrant to a personal warrant. After just 3 appearances in the court, my case was dismissed by the DA, and the case was sealed! I'm very satisfied with the performance of Devin. She is very knowledgeable and persistent.
The only negative aspect was communication. I wish Devin would have responded to my texts, calls, and emails quicker and explained the details of the charges against me. But the outcome was fantastic, and I highly recommend her for any criminal case.
