If you are unfortunate enough to require a public defender from this Office, you will find your case railroaded & your Rights violated at every stage of the proceedings. This is due to the Public Defender’s Office employees (Madison Ellery Gurley) openly & knowingly depriving Clients of their Rights, Discriminating against their Clients & intentionally providing ineffective assistance of counsel.

Among the many ways they do this is them refusing to investigate or make any actual attempt to obtain relevant Exculpatory Evidence in the form of Officer Body Worn Camera Footage & Court Transcripts even when it is expressly detailed which Officers Incident Response Footage & which Transcripts are needed.

When you bring up these issues constituting ineffective assistance of counsel & deprivation of rights to attempt to resolve them with the public defender, they respond by fraudulently attempting to have you adjudicated incompetent in order to discredit you while evading accountability or consequences for their own Illegal & Unethical Actions.

Madison Ellery Gurley, a Public Defender with this Office has repeatedly committed Witness Intimidation/Tampering/Retaliation, Making False Statements, violations of the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, violations of State & Federal Law, violations of my State & Federal Rights, as well as violating the Colorado Supreme Court Office of the Attorney Regulation Counsel Prohibition against her Retaliating against me for my prior Formal Complaint regarding her blatantly evidenced & ongoing Felony Criminal Activity & Professional Misconduct.

That depends on what happens now. He is really great, until yesterday. It was like he didn't even care how I felt and what we as a couple are going through. So we will wait to see what happens. Overall I think he is pretty fair.
