Incompetent employees! I went with my wife to get her a state ID. The ladies there just kept inventing rules and every time we present the required documentation, they come up with another requirement. When we asked for a written list of the required documents, they deny having such a list!! After couple of back and forth discussions the boss went to the back and came back with list. Wow magic! so they have such a list ? I strongly believe that this office has to be audited by an independent federal authority or give the employees there a workshop on how to deal with the citizens in a fair and non subjective manner.
