Will was phenomenal to work with! We spoke almost a year ago about an auto policy and at that time simply mentioned my home policy. A year later I get a text and phone call letting me know that he was doing some homework and was able to get me a lower rate on my homeowners' policy! This came at the perfect time as I had just gotten a notice of renewal from my current company that the policy was held with. That renewal was over 2x the amount that Will was able to secure for me with a new company. His turnaround time from when I left a voicemail and sent a text was less than 15 minutes and then less than an hour to wrap everything up with the new quote. With the increase in cost for almost everything in life right now, this savings on my policy is huge and very much appreciated. A couple years ago, I switched my home and auto insurance to Mary Adams. She crushed the rates I was paying with another company. It was a significant reduction. At that point, I posted on social media about my savings. A bunch of friends and family called Mary and saved money as well. On top of the savings, her customer service is impeccable. I have had questions about my policies. She would have to research and get back to me. She has called me after her work hours to make sure I had answers the same day. Even on weekends when she was off. I can’t speak highly enough about her. I know we all want to save a dollar as much as possible but there’s something that goes unappreciated these days and that’s good customer service. Mary excels there. She truly cares about her customers. This company is lucky to have her.
