Computer Related Technology has been my IT partner for several years. As the owner of a small business, they helped me understand the equipment I needed to run an effective and efficient business, which was especially helpful considering I have remote employees. As one of Computer Related Technologies' very first customers I can honestly say that this company is top notch! For over 25 years they have supplied our PC hardware and Networking Services and have helped us navigate the ever evolving world of PC technology. I cannot say enough about their professional service and responsiveness. They always take the time to specify the right hardware that won't be obsolete the day after it is installed and offer very reasonable Service Contracts.

When I started my own law firm I was in need of an Information Technology (IT) specialist. I was referred to CRT by a friend. I got exactly what I wanted, and then some.
The law firm I used to work for had IT problems. Their IT person was constantly in the office fixing things – weekly visits – it was almost like the IT professional broke stuff on purpose so they could come back and fix them… I did not want that nonsense at all.

I explained to CRT my server requirements, my advanced practice manager software, work from home needs, antivirus and cloud backup needs, digital fax and scanning requirements, email at workstations/home office/cells, VOIP service – all the bells and whistles. CRT quoted me a very reasonable price, learned my exact specifications, and executed everything. There have been no problems with my IT in over 3 years and counting. No glitches, hiccups, nonsense – everything works without a problem.

CRT is available to me 24/7 for any upgrades or changes (it is 3:00 am and my VPN isn’t working while I am out of town available). I have recommended CRT to anyone that will listen, I could not be happier.
