I was treated very rudely by some of the people here. I would never recommend them. Remember they are part of the VA System that denies claims.

The intake person who spoke to me over the phone I believe her name is Juliet Taylor was very disrespectful a bit rude. She called without knowing what was on my decision letter and unprepared and starting speaking to me like I was a little child "telling me you need this and need that" but she didn't even bothered to look at all the information I have turned in to her office. These are suppose to be the people who help veterans? Get an actual private lawyer instead. She even said most veteran lie at MEPS and that not all claims are legit.

I have left multiple messages , many times since Feb, 2020, no response at at al. I am now in imminent danger of losing my home, am on a fixed income of less than $500. Don't I even rate a call back after 17 years of service?
