I worked with Attorney John Maravalli about an incident I had with an Auto Insurance company I had gotten a policy with in 2022. He agreed to take the case, and was more than willing to do extensive searches into the Auto insurance company, as well as my records and my documents that the company had. He believed they had purposely deceived me, and he got in touch with the company. They agreed to settle outside of court, so that Attorney Maravalli wouldn't proceed with suing the company for a fraud case, and all around deceptive practices... He notifi9ed me that my case also sparked an investigation to the auto insurer by the SCC in Virginia. I really did not have much hope for winning the case originally, but he was willing to put in the work to win the case, and I was able to walk away with a good bit of money. I was able to pay off a several thousand dollar-debt in VA, as well as being able to keep a few thousand for myself. The guy really put work in and kept in touch with me throughout, and kept me in the loop anytime there were any advancements in the case. Als a very very good guy, easy to talk to. He makes you feel as if he cares about you and really tries to show that in his efforts.

I’m not sure how this law firm and Attorney Leonard A. Bennett has good reviews because they are extremely awful and unprofessional on many levels. One attorney lied and stated to me that they do not handle my type of claim when their website clearly states that they do. Furthermore, I have emailed Attorney Leonard A. Bennett for three weeks and counting and he has chosen to totally ignore all my emails. Based on my experience I do not recommend this law firm at all to anyone. I highly recommend to go elsewhere due to below average customer service.

HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION!

Around 2020, I discovered that I had somehow been declared deceased. This was rather strange, because I certainly did not feel decreased. This had many negative consequences, particularly on my credit reports.

I did research on the best way to deal with this and it was clear that I needed a lawyer. I contacted a couple who weren't responsive, then I was fortunate enough to have found Craig
Marchiando of Consumer Litigation Associates. Craig is on the opposite side of the country from me, but everything was handled perfectly by phone and email, with help from his legal assistant, Sydnee Shirley and senior paralegal, Vicki Crissman.

Craig did an excellent job of keeping my expectations realistic and keeping me updated when necessary, in what is a LONG process, by its very nature.

I am limited in what I can say due to the terms of my non-disclosure agreement, but I will say that Craig went far beyond ANY realistic expectations in my particular case and I was DELIGHTED with the outcome.

Well wish I could give a better and more positive update to this review but ain't the case at all. They decided to tell me today finally on the phone how they've been wasting my time for over a year now. It's only my life being affected by a company. No communication what so ever from these guys until you give a negative review before they decide to actually do something. Was told twice I'd be called in the beginning of July and nothing finally got an email almost a whole month later. Don't lie to people and say you'll pass stuff up to the lawyers then blow you off. You're wasting people's time here find someone better!!!!!! I went looking for a new lawyers office to deal with my case and found one and already got a call back. Took less than an hour, same can't be said for here. Save yourself the time and trouble avoid here at all costs!
