I was seen by dr. Austin Cole in the orthopedic department I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! He wasn't listening to me and my issue of pain, he completely brushed me off, then I heard him and his nurse discussing me and then laughing at me. I'm sure there is another orthopedic dr who has great bedside manner and listens to thier patients so unhappy with him and his staff.

My husband was coming in for surgery. I was told I couldn't come back till they had him ready. This is bullshit. 1 family member has the right to accompany family till the time they are taking into surgery. I have a medical background and I am very knowledgeable about there procedures. I have high anxiety when I don't know how the team are the team how they are taking care of my husband he is hard of hearing doesn't all catch everything they are saying. The person coming to get the people from the waiting room is disrespectful, they out walk all patients and are not aware if any have fall risk. I would give the minis 10 for their performance on preop Dylan was the jerk non understanding

I recently took my daughter to the ER, and a couple of years before that, I took my mother. Both times, I was impressed with the care they received. The employees involved both times were professional, compassionate, and made us feel safe and cared for. I should have left a review the time I took my mom. I highly recommend Conway Regional!

Down the hallway..... I will leave the state before I go back. I could not believe the lack of compassion with your neurologist Schluterman. Would not listen to me at all about my issues and what may be causing it. HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT I TOLD HIM MY ISSUES WERE. Waited 6 month wait for an appointment to be ignored by a doctor is unacceptable.

First time here was having severe chest pain sat for 6 hrs before I was seen in the er. Second time here husband was rushed from work an a ambulance and still waited hours to get a room. He was literally laying on the waiting room floor in unbearable pain and when I asked for help they said we just had to wait! This is un acceptable I was so distraught and helpless with my poor husband laying there in pain refusing to help him

If your daughter plans to give birth at Conway Regional, here's what you can expect if you're a parent in the waiting area. Absolutely nothing! We sat for 24 hours and three different shifts of nurses and not one word other than "you can't be in this area" when we tried to learn any news or progress on our daughter. Anything! How is she doing? You just have to sit there and hope the son-in-law gets a chance to text you when he's got a second away from helping his wife. I'm sure the nurses are busy, but it's not in helping comfort the patients family to know how their child is doing. BTW, we were the only family in the waiting area. No other patients in the birthing center at the time. Rude doesn't even touch what they were to our family.

Still sitting in er 3 hrs after arriving for my fiance having heart complications and a seizure and nothing has been said to us. And she can barely walk at this point. This is unacceptable the front desk just watched her convulse and be in severe pain and did nothing.

Update they let a concussion go before her and I said something about it and they said they had no rooms spent 8 hrs on the er total

This is not even the second best hospital in Conway, and there are only two. Most of the staff seems to have a "don't want to be here" attitude, with the exception of a few nurses. I will drive to Little Rock from now on whenever I need hospital care.
