If I could give this place no stars that’s exactly what they would get. I hired Mr.Cooke to prepare a demand letter for a vehicle I purchased that was experiencing mechanical problems. I Forwarded all my emails to his staff and explained the situation to them several times. They drafted a demand letter and gave it to the process server and luckily I called on that day and was able stop it from being served to the seller of the car. I specifically told them I wanted to review the document to ensure accuracy before sending it and they tried to send it anyway. After reviewing the letter you could tell that it was not written by an attorney and was written poorly with inaccurate information that didn’t even apply to my case. When the attorney spoke with me, he told me that the demand letters are a technicality and that they don’t mean anything. He further stated that most people don’t respond to the demand letter anyway, so it didn’t matter if the letter was accurate or written poorly. The letter was $ 500.00 dollars and if I’m going to pay $500 I want it done correctly! The fact that the attorney even had this audacity to communicate that , made me decide to cancel sending the letter to the seller of the vehicle.

I advised members of his staff by email and telephone that I did not wish to send the demand letter going forward due to quality of the letter that was written. His staff acknowledged my request and I didn’t hear from them for a month.

After 30 days, I received a phone call from his law clerk stipulating that the letter had been sent and the seller didn’t respond. So after I advised them not to send the demand letter they sent it anyway refusing to follow direction after I paid $500 dollars. I completely understand why the seller didn’t respond to the letter and it was because it was not factual and poorly written and they clearly appear to be an incompetent Law Firm. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW-FIRM TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY. Stay away !

DO NOT USE, Mr. Cooke left our case high and dry when he had a mass exit from his firm. In a year, of all the communication this office only made a little over 1 percent of the phone calls. They have filed things in court without talking to us. They triple billed us and also had notes for other clients in our file. We tried to work with this firm and get this taken care of, but when we had to reach out to the FL Bar because of many issues one being the lack of communication Mr. Cooke called and yelled about the bar letter which was simply asking him to communicate with his client better, he then decided to take himself off the case. He stated to the BAR when we finally made a formal complaint that it was because we had not paid our bill. Well when you triple bill a client they start asking for proof of all billing (which we asked for months for them to provide), we even asked to set up what they offered as a payment plan but that never happened because they do not respond to anything. We sent all this to the BAR in hopes of this not happening to anyone else, to only have it brushed off by them. We then found out that the BAR is a private business and funded by the attorneys memberships, you know the ones that they claim to regulate. We are still are not done seeking justice for this horrible experience and lack of professionalism from this attorney and his firm. If anyone would like proof I will provide them a link to all documents/emails.

I DO NOT recommend this agency to anyone! My aunt is a 77 year old lady who was having problems with her mortgage company and payments. She was a diagnosed with Dementia. Today she has an eviction notice to vacate her home! She has no where to go and this agency has not put in any motion to stop or delay her loosing her home! That is why they took her money and stated that they would defend her!
