Gross behavior from call agents. Threatening to destroy my credit over something that isn’t an accurate debt collection. refusing to send debt verification letter, takes notes that aren’t full and accurate. Gross gross gross!

I requested a letter over the phone with the agent who just repeatedly said she’d ruin my life and credit. Not sure how much more clear on resisting the letter I could have been. But ignorance seems to be the theme here!
