We have had such a horrible experience with this company. Now I know why business go out of business. I wasn't going to post anything and will not post any specifics, but we are so close to loosing our business because these people did not do their job. I hate doing this. I understand that they are trying to run a business too, but I am just trying to inform everyone that may need an accountant to please do your research. I love my business. I have sacrificed my life, my wife, my kids for this business. I will not let it fail with the satisfaction to know that there is karma out there. Please take care of each other and keep everyone informed. I am new to all this but trusted too easy.

I called CTA Advisors after calling two other CPA offices in the region and being let down by poor receptionists who didn't seem interested in doing their job. The receptionist at CTA Advisors (the face of the firm) was friendly and very responsive. CTA Advisors was able to schedule me with Antonio two days after I called, and I'm not on retainer with them. The matter was urgent, as it involved an upcoming out-of-state house sale, involving multiple parties and slightly tricky tax situations, and Antonio was able to answer my questions within 20 minutes of our interview. He showed me a tax break I wasn't aware we qualified for that will save my family up to $30,000 in taxes. Then I asked a few more questions related to a 501(c)3 I manage, questions that have been nagging me for a long time, and he swiftly answered those issues too, also giving me tips on how to save in the future on bookkeeping.

I went into the meeting not knowing what to expect, and I came away feeling like a million bucks. Never expected to say that in regards to a CPA. I gained far more knowledge and direction than I expected, and in more tax arenas that I had anticipated when I walked in. I feel very confident and put at ease after my meeting with Antonio, which is worth quite a bit to me. But more than anything, Antonio was easy to talk to—that's something that's lacking in a lot of professional offices I've encountered, whether in law or accounting.

Without hesitation, we will be using CTA Advisors here on out for our non-profit tax needs, as well as our personal tax needs.
