From outer first meeting with Ruth and Sam through the closing, they were there to support us every step of the way. They helped us prepare our home for listing, sent is a fabulous photographer to help market our home prior to listing it. Once our listing went live on a Thursday, our house was shown 4 times and on Monday we received a good offer. After a little negotiation, we had a signed contract in less than a week.
