Dan assisted myself and my family last year selling a house and then purchasing one. What seemed like a pretty “straight forward” deal turned into a little bit of a mess when our buyer strung us along for months which delayed our purchase. Dan remained professional and on top of the situation. When our buyer finally confessed that she could no longer buy the house, Dan was still able to keep our contract for purchasing the new house alive while we found another buyer. All in all, we were able to sell our house and purchase the new one like planned thanks to Dan.
