Everyone here is wonderful and kind! They were very patient and respectful and answered any and all questions asked. The lawyer was very clear and precise, making sure to get everything correct. I advise making an appointment and clearing out your schedule for the rest of the day because you'll be there for at least an hour. Here's how your appointment might go.
My appointment was at 1pm and I had another person with me who also had an appointment at 2pm. We walked in around 12:59pm. We would've came in about 30 minutes before 1pm but the staff goes to lunch during that time and the doors were locked until 1pm. We filled out some paperwork in the lobby. We were called into an office closer to 2pm. A paralegal chatted with us over zoom (due to the other paralegal covering the front desk). The paralegal asked us many questions and was kind and respectful. We waited in the lobby again the were called into the lawyer's office. The lawyer had to go over my case and the other person's case, which took a while. He was also kind and respectful. He asked us many questions (same as the paralegal) and answered all questions. We left satisfied and happy with the services. He gave us both packets filled with clear instructions and advice. We left around 4:45pm. I recommend this lawfirm for sure. Just beware of the time you'll be there and plan to be there for a while, especially if you have another person with you. Great lawfirm overall!
