She helped to navigate me through my motherly worry and panic. 2) Mack Ivy is the attorney that represented my son. He was honest about expectations, which was such a relief. While there is an ideal outcome that we would have loved, he never led us to believe that the ideal would be met. We were thrilled with the outcome, which could have been so much worse without his representation. 3) Mr. Digby himself was very helpful in the beginning as we were navigating what we needed to do. Mathew Ingle at the Dggby Law Firm helped me with my adoption. When looking for a lawyer I stopped at him because he was extremely knowledgeable. He told me step by step everything that would possibly go through on the phone during the very first phone conversation. He made the process as stress free as possible and my son smile all the way out of the court room. If you need someone for an adoption he is definitely extremely knowledgeable in this area. Based on the comment below, Mr. Digby is lying. Lesson learned. As far as my case, it’s irrelevant to this one & let’s be real, it was a very easy case that I should’ve never had a lawyer for LOL but thanks for being unprofessional again and blasting my business:)

Worst experience I have ever had and I am still SHOOK. We hired Daniel with Digby law firm and was sold the bells and whistles for a flat fee. Daniel was then fired and we didn’t have a lawyer. After 3 months went by of not hearing from the law office, I called to get an update. I found out our lawyer was no longer there and we had a different lawyer. We had to go in again and explain the cases and figure out the next step. I had to reach out more times after that just to get an update.. it boiled down to us wanting a refund on part of the money we had spent since that lawyer wasent able to get what we wanted. We had a meeting with Bobby himself and while we were being very respectful and explaining the situation, he was very hostile. We got screamed at to “get the F out” and “you’re done” & we left after saying a few words. WORST EXPERIENCE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Knew someone who gave money up front and they still didn’t try hard enough on the case. They only wanted what was the easiest out come for them while the offender gets the worst. This law firm is a joke and thinks it’s professional, corrupt just like the county they are in. Weak law firm.
