Mixed feelings, was attentive and seemed to be good listener of multiple tax situations. I found a few errors on their prepared forms, failure to input obvious line items. Now lacking communication and delays attempting to remedy their errors after being discovered. It's disheartening paying $400 and not having confidence in your taxes being completed correctly.
