Very displeased at the service that I received today after making a phone call to this business. I was trying to help a friend get information about next steps about a deed. As I was speaking with Ray Donaldson, he proceeded to talk over me and claim that I had called too many times about my situation. The reason for my calling, however, was to get information on next steps. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any information because he hung up in my face. As someone who has worked in customer service, it doesn't matter how many times someone calls or asks a question; especially when they are being nice and pleasant and trying to get understanding, and furthermore, when they are trying to help a loved one that is immobile and can't make it in due to health reasons, you never disregard their request. As a professional, which clearly he's not, you answer those questions and if you are "busy" (as his wife had stated the reason for his hostility), you assure that person that you don't have a problem with answering any questions and if you can please schedule a call back to further assist with the matter. You don't hang up on people that's genuinely trying to get answers when you've never been in this situation. Needless to say, I do not recommend this business because they are rude and very unprofessional.
