Sent very important documents, they were supposed to be sent in 3 days to the destination.

It's been 9 days, the mail just moved within the city from south processing center to north distribution center

What the heck! Horrible, I don't know why!
I have missed the deadline to send the documents thanks to these guys.

Hi,
I am a girl a newcomer to the USA working as a research assistant. Yesterday, I went to this office to return my packages to Amazon. Since I was unfamiliar with postal and Amazon rules, the center manager kindly waited for me an hour past closing time, and I am very grateful to her.

I called & was given a price of $29. Unless you have 2 forms of ID, they raise that to $39. Then they charge you $1.12 for a mail pickup charge. If you don't get mail, it's a good price, otherwise you get scammed. Maybe, you just can't be a white, American male.
