I relied on Mr. Morgan to address a grandparent visitation. We were ordered to mediation and I asked Mr. Morgan where we were on going to mediation. He told me to wait and did not go through with mediation after I asked three times about it being set up. On the day of a requested hearing, he told me to just agree to a basic visitation and since I did not live in Miller County to refile in the county I lived. Since then, I’ve had to file an emergency ex parte order and the grandparents refuse to accommodate any part of the kids lives and do as they please. I had drawn up my own visitation proposal and he told me to not present it and just refile. My kids are unhappy, unsafe. Mr. Morgan told me that since I am a widow to enjoy my time away from my kids. I do not recommend him for any legal matters for divorce cases nor visitation. I’ve asked for my fees returned with no response and now have a new lawyer.
