Eagle county police officer gave me an obstruction of justice ticket for asking if I could pick up my hat from off the ground. The case was dismissed. However, the DA forgot to file the paperwork. So, a year later I was taken to jail for contempt of court to a court case that never existed. I went back to court for this case and the judge apologized to me and ensured me that these cases had been dropped. 13 years later I have been denied my residency to my wife’s country because of this charge. One disgruntled police officer and a DA that didn’t do her job has cost me thousands of dollars and has severely impacted my family. I am forced to return to the US and am now separated from my family. I am considering/ hope to sue the county and the arresting police officer.

Have had nothing but bad experiences with how this court conducts business. Scheduled times leave you waiting in a hall for your name to be called hours after your appointment time. You speak with a DA with no counsel, if u take their deal you get to speak to judge, if you don't they set you over for another date. You should never speak to a DA without legal representation corrupted is how this court system is ran.

Judge Paul R Dunkelman does personal favors for EMPLOYEES who work in the court. Everyone knows, and you all will be exposed. You took an oath that is broken. You need to be fired, and NEVER PRACTICE BE A JUDGE AGAIN. Going against your oat to commit court crimes should be should be held like the rest of the public… JAIL! Hope others that this judge illegally sided with get their Cosmic Karma. The truth shall come forth. No more corruption will be tolerated. 🔺🔻

Eagle county court screws up over and over and I am constantly having to call and make sure they are doing everything correctly. They have forgotten about me several times and I have to call to remind them and worst of all they get important information wrong. This court is an absolute mess. I mean just look at the other reviews. Do y’all just not care? Justice is not served here.

I was scheduled for court at 8:30 i come 15 min early and there’s a long line for Jury duty; i hadn't known if i didn’t ask an officer after waiting in line and late for my court. So they didn’t have the decency to let people coming in to know that line was for JURY DUTY ONLY. Okay. Waited another two hours, while pregnant, to talk to a freaking judge. Needless to say this experience sucked completely. I checked in with the front at 8:45 to have people who came in after me go before me; all while im getting morning sickness from waiting to talk to a freaking judge over a simple ticket. You guys are not organized at all. Shame on you all. I didnt have this experience here 5 years ago, i was out the courthouse by 9 am. I shouldnt have to be here for two freaking hours when i was here early.

I would give them less than a 🌟 but it won't allow me to do that. This court screwed me over saying that I missed a court date and they revoked my license and had a warrant out for my arrest. When I showed up they said they made a mistake and we're very sorry. They said that I was there for my court date. I missed two days of work and had to spend a night in jail over this. Worst judicial court in Colorado. Also there website sucks.

The court facilitator responded to each of my questions in a very condescending and unprofessional way. I merely was asking questions to clarify what I needed to do because the instructions are anything but straightforward if you have a unusual situation. It’s ridiculous this woman is allowed to keep her job

This court is a stain on the cloth of liberty and should be investigated for corruption at the highest levels. Never in my life have I seen a "judge" ignore clear evidence of wrong doing. This place is a joke and IS what is WRONG with the US "justice" system. Shame on these dishonorable "judges". ONE BAD APPLE = ALL BAD APPLES.
