Great experience. Had to change our trip from dropping us off at Eagle to taking us to Denver airport due to last minute flight cancellation. They were able to get us to Denver with plenty of time. On time, efficient, friendly driver. Great service. Took one of their competitors from eagle to Vail for our arrival. Never again. Express is the way to go!

Highly recommend this service!
They were the most reasonably priced of several quotes I got, and the service was excellent. The driver met us outside the terminal (where you pick up oversized luggage) and helped us to the car with our bags. The car was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the driver, Marcin, offered water, phone chargers and to make any stops we needed for snacks or bathrooms along the way. He was friendly and helpful also. Would 100% use this company again.

5 stars for trip from Denver to Vail, vehicle was clean, driver was excellent. This driver made me glad I chose this company. But only 1 or 2 stars for Vail to Denver. Though I "paid" for a suburban each way, the car that came for our return trip to Denver was not large enough to hold our skis without folding down the single back seat, forcing me to sit in the front with the driver. The story was the car that was supposed to be used broke down. I can live with that but not with the fact there was trash on the floorboard in the front, the car smelled of cheap perfume, and the driver checked his phone while driving. He was a safe driver other than that. On the fence if I would use them again based on the second half of my trip. I plan on contacting the company personally to see what their response is and will add that if it is pertinent.

All I can say is Eagle Vail Express did a fantastic job of picking up my wife and I from Eagle Vail airport and taking us back to the airport at the end of our vacation in Breckenridge, Colorado. Bob and Randy were expert drivers through those beautiful mountains that were unfamiliar to us. They showed us ultimate courtesy and professionalism and they provided us with some incredible interesting facts about Breckenridge.
