Tomy and the maintenance crew are the best! Knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They do their very best to address any questions or work orders in a timely manner. The bedrooms and closets are a very decent size and the price is reasonable in comparison to other areas. Great place to live! Thank you guys for all you do 🙂

It's the most affordable, pet-friendly place to live in the area. The office staff are welcoming and patient they are always willing to address our needs. The maintenance crew do their very best to stay on top of work-orders and keep the grounds looking beautiful and safe.

Tomy, the best knowledgeable, kind and friendly leasing office manager I know. If you have a question he will always try his best to get it done as soon as he can. The events they have around the community are great for families! They have a very clean playground and surroundings. In the winter they keep as best as they can which is a plus since winter is here! The bedrooms and closets are a very decent size and was one of the things I greatly appreciated when I recently moved in. The price is reasonable in comparison to other areas. Great place to live! I lived here for 18 months and loved IT! The rooms are espacios, the view is great and the Office workers are nice and helpfull. The property was clean and the mainents where always there to help with a good attitude. They try for our comunity to be united and make fun activities for kids and families, when I lived there they had art clases once a week and all the neighbors were really friendly, they made easter, thanksgiving, Halloween, holiday activities so most of US knew eachother so that's nice when raising a family, and also Every monday the food bank vives them groceries for people in need. ❤

Tomy and his staff are very welcoming to everyone that comes to their office. Though there it a wait list, it moves quicker than most other properties in the Vail Valley. They do not get frustrated when someone calls to check in on their "place in line." They do events like Zumba and art classes along with other family friendly activities and provide food.

Since moving to Colorado 3 years ago I have lived here in Eagle Villa's. When I first moved in it was just a place to live, a building with a room for my family and me. But in the past year or so a lot has changed, the management team has really invested in our little community, they've hired fantastic people like Daniel to maintain the buildings and grounds, they've started more family events, and they've become much more aware of the needs of their residents. I feel blessed to call this community home, and I encourage you to come see the place for yourself!

I recently applied to this apartment complex. Its website was advertising a unit available in the near future. After applying, I reached out to check on my application. The service rep said there is no availability and there's a 2-year wait for all apartments. He refused to refund the application fee. What kind of business operates this way? Why would they advertise an unavailable unit, take people's application money, and then refuse to refund it?
