Retained this lawyer she took our money, never responded. We would have to reach out to her to update her and ask questions. 3 grand later I have nothing to show for retaining kate gerland. Terrible attorney, terrible at responding and terrible at producing results.

Mrs. Gerland was unprepared for my child's meeting with the Board of Education. She did not refute opposition's false claims due to her lack of familiarity with the case and lack of preparation. I also felt that she created artificial charges and kept us on the phone for unusually long periods discussing unrelated information to fully use up the entire retainer we provided. I would not recommend her or Education Law services.
