Why do street vendors get to sell food without a business license & department of health permit ? Some street vendors don't use plastic gloves, or food uncovered were flies or mosquitos are surrounding. No hot water or hand sanitizer for hands. Why aren't they being taxed like businesses. We pay taxes. While these vendors work but don't have to report there earnings.
