I reached out to several private investigators in Billings while on a search for my dad's '67 Mercury Cougar GT. No one else took the time to return my call. Mike returned my call right away. I told him the story and what I had done up to that point. At the time, I only knew what my dad had told me when I was a kid. I knew finding the car was a long shot since it had been 54 years since my dad had owned it. Mike had several great ideas about how to find the car. I signed a contract January 2nd, 2024 and the search began. Mike's communication was great through the whole process, calling, texting or emailing me with any news he had. Yesterday (April 6, 2024) Mike called me and said he thought he had found the car. I was blown away! A few calls later I was talking to the person who owned my dad's Cougar GT! Mike had located the car with nothing more than a description of the car, the story of how it came to be traded in and the year it was trade, 54 years ago! I am very impressed with Mike's work, especially the fact that, in the big scheme of things I was a small client and he didn't just put me to the back burner never to be heard from again. The cost was extremely reasonable for great service. Without him I would not have found the car.
