Encompass IT saves our lives on a weekly basis! Our small law firm has at least 20 computers as well as printers, copiers, cloud based file storage and programs, and other tech (mac and windows). Inevitably once a week, something doesn't work properly or at all, and we have to call for assistance. I am often the first line of unofficial “in-house IT support”, and if I cannot fix it, I make the call.

Encompass IT is always there to support us on the phone, remotely logging in to our computers, and in person. I have hung up on other IT support companies when they cannot solve simple problems, and googling results in better answers. I now always turn to Encompass IT to handle everything, small or large. I also have Encompass IT review the work that other (program based) IT support companies perform, such as updates, installs and security settings.

Encompass IT staff members are prompt, professional, courteous and always give honest answers and explanations (and in non-technical terms). They do research as a team and come up with the best solutions that fit our specific needs, even as our company grows and changes. Encompass IT provides consistent, top-notch service with a positive attitude. Always call them when you are having a bad technology day!
