I had a very complicated issue with a rental unit requiring a lot of legal counseling. Luiey helped guide me through the many issues I encountered with tenant possessions and abandonment of unit. He took the time to educate me on the many processes and procedures that were required to take ownership back of the property. He responded within a few hours after every call I made (sometimes in court and couldn't pick up immediately). He explained complicated legal terminology into easy-to-understand day to day verbiage. It took some time on my end but finally have the unit back in my hands. Appreciate the outstanding support on my issue. Will recommend you to my friends. Thanks, Luiey.
