I have dealt with GJ Estate Sales both as a client and as a customer. I have found Sara to be a consummate and caring professional. Organizing a departed loved one's worldly goods and arranging for the sale of those items is often a traumatic experience for family. Sara handles all of this with empathy and efficiency. She has conducted two different sales for us and we were very pleased. As a customer, I find her to be fair and honest, looking out for the interest of her client first and foremost, but willing to deal with buyers in an accommodating manner to generate sales. Sara and her team are exceptional. I recommend GJ Estate Sales without reservation. She was more accommodating than the other two estate sale companies I interviewed. Sarah is a professional businesswoman, compassionate and incredibly talented when it comes to organizing an attractive and successful estate sale. Many of her clients are undergoing greif from a loss or a drastic lifestyle change which requires them to downsize, Sara makes the effort to treat people with kindness and dignity, making the process a lot less traumatic.
She goes above and beyond when preparing for a sale, making sure personal items like jewlery, framed photos and family albums are returned to the client instead if sold or thrown away. She treats the belongings and homes of her clients with the respect they deserve, creatively displaying sale merchandise and making sure that both the home and items are clean when sale day comes! Because she takes the time to make sure things are organized and clean for shoppers, she is able to fetch fair and reasonable prices for her clients and able to offer excellent bargans for her customers.
She works brilliantly with real estate agents when the home is being sold, allowing them to show while she and her team are working in the home, warmly welcoming potential buyers and making sure they have easy access to see the whole property. She even works with realtors who want to have an Open House event during sale dates and includes that the home is for sale in all of her advertising!
She is honest and fair all the way around, you couldn't do any better than choosing Grand Junction Estate Sales, prepare to be amazed!

I have been going to estate sales for years now and have always loved the ones with Grand Junction estate sales. I have furnished my entire home with items from their sales. The staff are so friendly, they treat me like family and have been very helpful when loading big items that I have purchased. I wouldn't suggest any other company to work with. GREAT PEOPLE!!!

The owner Sarah is a horrible woman and very unprofessional. She is a bad business owner and has no rights treating the people the way she does. She's unorganized and rude with absolutely zero business etiquette!! Highly recommend EVERYONE use another estate sale organization!!
