Went in the class not sure that this was going to be for me. Now, at the end of this train the trainer class, I am absolutely 💯 % sure it was for me. In fact, I would take and retake this class again and again. Alice is an excellent facilitator. Alice knows and believes in the material she teaches. Her passion and energy is genuine. Alice Hood was an outstanding trainer in the 'Train the Trainer ' course. She truly engaged the class, providing clear understanding and valuable teaching pointers, complete with practical do's and don'ts. Great training resource, very engaging, informative and not over whelming. Large classrooms and plentiful desk space. The biggest thing I appreciate is the instructors keep it interesting and not boring, thus you don't have the tendency to nod off. Breaks were plentiful and perfectly timed, and they went out of their way to provide coffee and snacks! Every year I return to recertify, and it doesn't get boring. The instructor, Robert Holmes, did a great job at keeping the class engaged, and company does a great job of updating the material as it appears to change from year to year. Well done ETC!

Alice is patient and a very knowledgeable instructor. She address all item brought up in the class and ensure the question are answered even with reaching out to other people. I would be happy to receive another class and also have her audit any training she would attend. Her wealth to the safety education world is large.
