Extremely unresponsive & not helpful to their customers. Spoke on Friday was told to email so he could followup. Received email back 2 days later on who this was. Sent email back no response, 2 days later emailed again to receive an email to change browsers. My issue was clear. Very responsive to a negative review. Try doing the same with your customers.
