Long story short I transfered the wrong dodge title to the wrong customer at Express Tags and Titles and then they would not transfer it back and correct the mistake! The girl said she "can't"!
I call DMV and then UMV and both say yes it is possible to void the transaction and return the original title! Yet Express Tags and Title in North Pole .... ...."CAN'T"
I will never go there again! I'll drive with no title or tags before I ever go there again!
NEVER EVER EVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY NOR WILL I SUGGEST IT TO ANY OF MY CUSTOMERS BUYING A CAR FROM ME! I WOULD RATHER STAND IN LINE AND PAY FOR YOUR TITLE MYSELF THEN SEND YOU TO THIS PLACE!

EDIT: The below response is crazy.....If it were a DMV mistake she can fix it lol
Customers make a mistake though and you can't....sounds like terrible customer service! Exactly why I will NEVER go here or suggest going here to anyone!

Lady with the coach glasses was INCREDIBLY rude to me and told me my title was “too damaged” to be processed into my name. She rolled her eyes at me when I pleaded with her to work with me and asked her promptly to just manually type the information in if there was that bad of an issue. She wouldn’t. She was lazy and didn’t want to do the work.
She told me no “we don’t do that” and told me I needed to get a duplicate title or a power of attorney to get a new title.
As I walked away she laughed at me and said “SOO sorry” in a high schooler hating tone so I laughed back and slammed the door on my way out. Very unprofessional. It’s sad, I’ve had great experiences with this umv in the past but this lady needs a talking to for acting like that..
I went to the North Pole umv the next day and they said my title was perfectly fine and they couldn’t beleive she wouldn’t take it (The top was just ripped where it says “Alaska title “ and a small tear on one of the bar codes that was easily repaired and able to be scanned with tape)

They were able to help me register and get a new title for my out of state car. They even offered to email California on my behalf because my old title wasn't registered in the system. Everything was quick and easy and I walked out with new plates for my car. Much faster than any DMV trip I have experienced in other states 🙂

I am a Title Clerk in Virginia and have worked with several states to have our customer vehicles titled and registered. The process that Express Title and Tag uses has been by far the easiest and most efficient of any state I've worked with to date. Very rude and disrespectful staff. Tried to get a hard tag with my registration and they refused to help me. I will never go to this place again. Use UMV in North Pole (closed Mondays) or go to DMV in town for better customer service.

Walked in one person ahead of me got both vehicles titled by a really knowledgeable/friendly girl at the front desk with reddish hair! So much quicker than going to the dmv especially if you live on base! 10/10 would recommend
