SCAM,SCAM, SCAM,SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I was SCAMMED out of 1500.00 which was 1 1/2 years ago. I have so much to say about this company, but it would take hours. They do not pick up their phone, it goes straight to the voice mail box that is always full. They have stopped returning my emails,and they say in the email that my case is at the courts waiting for confirmation from the courts. I contacted a lawyer today and they looked me up at the courts and...There was never anything pending, not once!!! According to Expunge America, It was waiting on approval. I have reported them to the ftc. I am writing this for anyone that is thinking of using them for an Expungement. I don`t want anyone else to lose their money!!

Don’t ever sign up for this service! They will take your money and never give it back. I had the worst experience with these crooks. I thought I had a case I needed to expunge and signed up but I found out that my case was already expunged and that it was a clerical error done by the courts where they didn’t update my records correctly. So I didn’t need their services and asked for my money back. After a week of unanswered messages they decided to keep my money and refused the refund. These people are truly ridiculous and all they care about is collecting and keeping your hard earned money regardless of your circumstances. They advertise a 100% money back guarantee. Don’t believe it. The only guarantee is that they will keep your money even when they haven’t lifted a finger to help you. Truly despicable!!
The CEO Kevin is a piece of work. Instead of honoring his word he tried to negotiate a trade where he give only half of my money back in exchange for me to rewrite and edit this review. This company seems awfully desperate to try to keep customers hard earned money for doing basically nothing. I’ve never experienced such a terrible law practice with zero business ethics. I was so fed up with their games i told them to just keep my money. In exchange I’d rather write an honest review to help prevent ANYONE else from making the same mistake I made. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This response from the owner is really funny. He says a petition was filed but that’s a complete lie. Because why would you file for an expungement that already happened? I have yet to receive a refund because I refuse to tell a lie and say anything good about this company. Before u buy into this nonsense do your homework and best go somewhere else.

I cannot tell you how upset I am with this company. I ended up paying them $1,200 to expunge two of my felonies from 25+ years ago. After 7 months of constantly contacting them to see what's the update, they keep telling me that they'll look into it and get back to me soon. Today I ended up calling the Superior courts to see what's going on and they told me that expunge America has never even sent them anything and they have no documents of me trying to get anything expunged. On top of it all there is a place near the courthouse that will basically write out your expungement request for free and 2-3 months later my expungements were granted and my life seems a whole lot better

Do not trust this company. All the five star reviews are fake. I sent them $500 on my credit card in an email September 2022 and I have not heard any follow up yet. I did get an email stating they had to re-file that was in December. I have tried numerous times to email phone call and I never get a phone call back don’t spend the money. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
