I would recommend Farrell & Grochowski to anyone looking for a caring law firm specializing in estate planning, elder care, medicaid counseling, and education in related services. I have referred many clients to this firm and they have all been very happy with the services provided. This is a very complicated subject with rules that are not easily teased through by the "lay person" and Ann, Chris, and Phil ease your mind with simple explanations and reasonable to do lists for family members. I for one, slept better at night knowing my family members had the correct services they were entilted to, I had the right paperwork in place, I had the correct estate plan in place to protect my family. Sly lawfirm. Unresponsive. Keeps information from client's. This law firm does not care about your wellbeing. Did not explain to my family or plan what would happen if they could not make their own decisions properly. Ann Farrell spent down their money unnecessarily. Nothing was planned, nothing was explained.

Ann Farrell plays games. Tells me oh, she lives on the 5th floor, but I am not telling you the apartment number.
In it for the money. One bad decision after another for my family. Family member died because of Ann Farrell's bad decisions. Got an email stating my family member died, not a phone call. Did not care how I felt.
This law firm does not consult with the family. With pictures of Farrell's family photo's, and the way she treats other people, it makes me think of her as kitsch.
