Dean was beyond great, I was struggling with a situation that resulted in damage to my home. I couldn’t get calls back from the parties responsible. Once they turned claim over to The company that administers and handles their claims they quit talking to me. The claims adjuster wasn’t responding to my emails, or phone messages, his supervisor wouldn’t return any calls. Fast forward once Dean got involved it was like night and day. Suddenly they communicated and strangely in a very short period of time I had a check in my hand for the damage they caused to my home. Needless to say I honestly feel. I would have never resolved this without Dean and Ferraro law firm. I probably would have given up, I was that frustrated before Dean got involved. What a great feeling and it was a pleasure working with Dean. Every call email communication Dean responded very quickly.
