I attended a great Identity in Mediation Workshop facilitated by Genesis Fisher. She covered some difficult topics and included interactive exercises with small break out groups. Based on this experience, I am sure she is an excellent mediator that can identify issues of bias making her an effective mediator. This is an important step of ensuring that a mediation session is positive experience for all involved which may lead to resolution by the parties.

I took Fisher Law Practice's initial mediation training in February 2023. The training was highly informative. Genesis Fisher, who led the training, did an incredible job of sharing a lot of information in a short amount of time and of providing extensive practice opportunities throughout the training. We explored a number of topics, ranging from: how mediation can offer a transformative experience to participants, what it means to really listen actively, how to hold and control a mediation from start to finish, and tips, tricks, and techniques of the trade.
