We've been working with Foster & Company for several years and it has consistently been a good experience. We have also referred others in Homer to Karen.

My experience with Foster and Company has been all-around excellent. My husband recently passed away, and F/C has helped me through all my questions dealing with that and minimizing my having to go through endless paperwork at tax time. For example, F/C works directly with my investment advisor's staff so I don't have to pass on the documents. They handle everything electronically, and I am delighted with the outcome. Recommend without reservation.

Been my CPA for over 10 years. Wouldn’t use anyone else. They have handled multiple business for me, in multiple industries and are always willing to do the research to save me money. Highly recommended.

This company purchased my stellar accountant's company. The first year, services were fine, this year (22 return) it was a complete disaster. I was not permitted to meet with an accountant when dropping off taxes to discuss last minute opportunities for 22 taxes. Taxes were dropped in mid February. They later informed me that they were unable to meet client demands and had to submit extensions to the IRS. I emailed tax questions to which I received canned response of minimal value and had to research the issues myself. By late July still no tax return requiring me to pester them repeatedly. I finally received my return in August (6 months after dropping them off) having lost some Finacial opportunities due to poor communication and responsiveness including a delay in obtaining a monetary return from the IRS. When I went to pick up the taxes, I was not even shown the respect of being permitted to talk to a person in leadership to voice my concerns. The net result was they company cost me money, charged me their full fee and showed no professional decorum. I will not be returning and would recommend against Foster and Company.

Foster & Co has performed non-profit audits for me at two work locations and I've found them professional, reasonable and pleasant, Unlike other audit firms, they send grown-ups to do the work and can recognize the difference between a big issue and a small one. What they lack in depth of staffing compared to the big firms, they more than make up for in other areas including price.

Foster and Company have been professional, gracious, and hugely beneficial to the needs of our corporation. We moved 5,000 miles from Alaska three years ago but still retain their services as we could not possibly hope to find a replacement on the East coast that would render the same level of care, expertise, and service.

Foster & Co. provide exceptional professional service for competitive prices and have always exceeded expectations. The firm remained responsive even during shelter in place. Five stars aren't enough in my opinion!

Two years ago I went here to do my taxes and they did not tell me I had to pay it upfront till I went in to do my taxes. Because I didn’t have payment, the appointment was canceled and I left feeling very embarrassed and ashamed. Also, just before he had told me that, he also informed me that I could not use my payments to get my taxes done as a deductible. When he said that I felt like he was wrong. Then after he canceled the appointment because I did not have the funds to pay that day, I left asking H&R Block, the Tax Lady, and looking up under the IRS, if this was true and learned that what he told me was a lie. I was informed that the only reason why he would say that was to make sure I didn’t get all my deductions but he would be getting more money in his pocket. I feel like they judged me because of my choice in employment and didn’t meet their standards when it comes to how much money I make.

I have a hard time speaking so for awhile I just let this fester deep in my soul. Plus I had so much other stuff to deal with I couldn’t put the words together. Also I was afraid that no one would believe me. That in some way this was all my fault and I’m not good enough. But I’m learning that not everything is all my fault. Now I could have confirmed when payment was expected during our previous meetings. I could of done s few things different. But in any case, whatever I pay to get my taxes done is a deductible and I have not been able to shake him saying it wasn’t for two years now.
