I’m a parent of one of your clients that Ms. Cooley was supposed to be representing the children. I wish I could say that she was the best person to putting my granddaughters best interests first! Unfortunately she didn’t represent her company, clients or the people that were involved with the business at hand. When I did have the opportunity to speak with Ms. Cooley I did try to voice my opinion and concerns about the situation with the current situation and apparently she didn’t listen. I’m very concerned about her tactics for her position in your company for future business. She needs to be more careful and professional in the future.

Caroline and her team are amazing! I unfortunately have very challenging legal situations to deal with with my ex and Caroline is creative and strategic and fights so hard for me. She and Megan both truly seem to care and empathize with me about my situation and want justice for me. Chris has also been so helpful and creative with how he has written up documents and argued my case. I appreciate his unique perspective on things. They are all a great team, and if I need any more legal assistance in the future, I will come back to Fourth Street law.

Caroline Cooley is not truly there to advocate for you, she’s in this business for the money. I’ve noticed it too many times and I should’ve found another attorney at the first red flag but I gave her the benefit of the doubt when she came with these sweet “Nothings!” It’s overwhelming to go through a custody case and she was not understanding, she was damn near working for the other party. I would never recommend her to any one.

I would highly recommend Victoria and the team at Fourth Street to anyone going through a HC divorce involving DV. They are my third attorney on a nearly two year divorce and I’m almost happy the divorce was delayed so they could help me fight for myself, my daughter, and our freedoms. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly become your friend through the process. They fight for your best interest, are strategic and have so much knowledge about DV and how to expose it and protect you, even with limited evidence. I had a very difficult post-decree legal battle with my ex that spans years. Fourth Streets focus was always the best interest of the children. Caroline and her staff showed deep care for my kids, our situation and my co-parenting circumstance. Throughout the court proceedings, it was clear, Fourth Street Law cared about doing what was right over doing work for the sake of invoicing me. Caroline kept me informed of my options at all times. She was both strong and compassionate. An absolute straight shooter that tells you how it is; Caroline went above and beyond the call of duty mentoring me on ways to be a better co-parent. Family law issues are an emotionally charged situation and I could not have navigated these dark waters without them. I am forever grateful for their guidance and understanding, especially in the moments that I was stressed out. If you want an office who knows the law and will do what is right, this is your place.

I highly recommend Fourth Street Law for any legal representation needs you may have. My divorce was extremely complicated to say the least, but with Fourth Street’s help I was able to get everything finalized with a very satisfactory outcome. Caroline is very knowledgeable and talented in dealing with domestic relations cases, and Chris Linas has legal expertise and professionalism far beyond any young attorney I have encountered. Megan is also a very talented paralegal, and I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through my divorce without their support and compassion for my situation. The whole team sincerely cares about their clients, and makes every possible effort to get the results you deserve.

I unfortunately wish I could give a great rating for this law office but I've seen and experienced first hand what Caroline will do to a client if she is angry because her clients ex walked out on her mediation. She never again throughout the rest of the divorce proceeding represented her client. In fact she turned the entire case over to Chris, who had little to no experience in handling these kinds of proceedings. Chris is great at filing paperwork (I assume) but this is not about Chris. Caroline has refused to answer any of my emails regarding some billing questions that I think are unethical, and she even charged her client $88 for filing paperwork with the court notifying them that she will no longer represent this client!! The client found out about this action when she received a letter and the bill at the same time as the courts. To charge somebody for an action that she initiated (unbeknownst to her client) is about as unethical as one can get. All because the clients ex was being extremely difficult to work with, Caroline took out her frustrations on her client!! I could go on but hopefully I got my point across. If Caroline would have just handled this situation in a different manner I too would probably be giving her accolades but she showed her true colors when she turned her back on her paying client. I will also be filing a complaint with the bar association

Caroline Cooley is a top notch attorney and her team is exceptional. I have experience with many other attorneys and she stands out head and shoulders above the rest. She is so nice, fair, and professional. On my case, she was two steps ahead of the opposing cancel at every step and was awesome to watch.
