Frank and his team provided incredible support to my friends and I during a rather tough time. We were involved in an accident due to lack of signage at a construction site, which resulted in my friends’ car being totaled. This happened on our way to my wedding ceremony rehearsal. ? I was not always the easiest to get in touch with the last few years because discussing the accident gave me PTSD but they remained persistent and patient.
