Had to go for my job, it was the owner working hard by himself, taking care of the business, He had the warmest heart, and he was so nice and welcoming it was about 6 ppl in there, and he treated us like we were family, gave us one on one attention,and he was fast

I came to this location twice. Thursday late afternoon so my husband could get his done. It was really busy at this time, there were about 6 people ahead of my husband. It took about an hour to get to him. I stopped by mid morning Friday and there was one person finishing up when I arrived. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Staff was very professional. Just be aware that closer to after work can be a lot busier then middle of the work day.

Whoever just answered the phone and answered my questions, seems like she doesn't have good customer service. As a business owner myself, I believe customer service should always be top tier, to get potential return customers. We all know word of mouth is powerful.

I showed up this morning at 8 AM for fingerprinting and photos only to find out that they no longer do passport photographs despite the service still being listed on the front page of their website. Very disappointing as I picked this business and drove out of my way *specifically* to avoid having to visit multiple locations.

Update your website folks.

I have been looking for a place to get a background check for a few weeks. After finding FYI and making a call it was all but done. Very professional Staff and more affordable than Maryland State Police for similar services. I would recommend them to anyone in or near Howard county.
